Summer Mixed Case

We’ve been busy putting together a very, very tasty twelve bottles to help get you through the summer weeks. The case is a real bargain so have a gander below.

The Summer Mixed Case
12 bottles of utterly delicious wines to make sure that your summer is packed full of flavour.

Le Lisse Soie d’Ivoire Chenin Blanc, Pays de l’Haute Vallee de l’Aude ~ France
I love Chenin Blanc and this wine is exactly why. There is freshness and there are lovely flavours of stone fruit and grapes but the best part of all is the texture of the wine. There is a loveliness which wraps itself around your taste buds and leaves you thirsty for more.
l’Ormarine ‘Duc de Morny’ Picpoul de Pinet, Coteaux du Languedoc ~ France
Literally translating as ‘lip-stinger’ this wine starts with a little lively zip but then broadens out in to something so engaging. Absolutely perfect with fish.
Cune Monopole Rioja Blanco ~ Spain
Spains’ oldest white wine brand and even after a century it is still a superb expression of just how good unoaked Viura can be. Elegant and sophisticated but still very approachable.
The Cloud Factory Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc ~ New Zealand
Just what you would expect, crisp, crunchy and bursting with ripe citrus fruits. Made to make your mouth water.
Adobe Gewurztraminer ~ Chile
With a musky nose of pretty rose petals you could be forgiven for thinking that this wine is sweet but you’d be wrong as that bouquet leads on to something rich, complex and dry. A perfect accompaniment to fresh, spicy Thai flavours.
Torres Santa Digna Cabernet Sauvignon Rose ~ Chile
A little unusual as this is a rose which looks almost red and the current fashion is for super pale pinks. All that colour means a lot more weight of fruit but still with a fantastic balance of creamy texture and crisp acidity. A rose for grilled meats.
Silver Myn Cabernet Franc Rose ~ South Africa
I just adore this wine, it is so pretty, delicate and engaging and every time I open a bottle I know that it won’t be enough. Stunning.
Boutinot ‘Les Coteaux’ Cotes du Rhone Villages ~ France
Grenache dominant and seriously good this is winemaker Eric Monnin showing just what the sunny south of the Rhone is capable of. Rustic, charming and just a joy to drink.
Les Volets Pinot Noir, Pays de l’Haute Vallee de l’Aude ~ France
A very summery style of Pinot Noir all bright and fresh with breezy fruit flavours and a lovely crunchy finish. Serve a little cooler.
Cien Tinta do Toro ~ Spain
Just packed with vibrant wild berry fruits this wine is as modern and fun as the colourful nature of its label might imply.
Juan Gil ‘4 Meses’ Monastrel, Jumilla ~ Spain
Another example of just how exciting modern Spanish winemaking is. From the very, very sunny south the gnarly Monastrell is softened by the intense sun and the resulting wine is deep, complex and yet soft and approachable.
Adobe Malbec ~ Argentina
Yes it isn’t just Argentina which makes great Malbec as this excellent wine proves. Rich, deep, brooding and yet ever so elegant. Wine on the bone!

All 12 come packed in a bespoke Hoults box so make for an ideal gift for yourself or possibly a friend! Separate selling price £119.43.

Mixed case offer £96 saving £23.43
